WHEN WILL MY MEALS BE READY?

Orders placed by 7:00 PM Friday will be available for delivery on the following Sunday. Orders placed by 7:00 PM Monday will be available for delivery on the following Wednesday.

HOW DO I HEAT MY MEALS?

The containers are microwave and oven safe BUT REMOVE THE LID prior to heating. If Microwaving, cover with a napkin and microwave for up to 2 minutes. If using an oven, place in oven-safe glass. You can also heat your meals on a stove top using an oven safe dish or pan.

ARE YOUR MEALS FROZEN?

No. Our meals are never frozen, are always fresh, and hand-delivered the same day they are made. Meals last 3-4 days in the fridge from when you receive them.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 1-WEEK MEAL PLAN SUBSCRIPTION AND A 2-WEEK MEAL PLAN SUBSCRIPTION?

For the 1-week subscription, you will be billed every week. For the 2-week subscription, you will be billed every two weeks and you save 5% on every meal! Please note that for both subscriptions, you have the option to upgrade to a larger portion meal (33% larger than standard) for an additional cost.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEALS?

You will receive your meals during the scheduled delivery window as noted when you checked out. You will receive a series of text messages to your mobile phone letting you know about your delivery:

1st: you will receive this text the night before your delivery.

2nd: you will receive a text notification when our delivery driver is 15-30 minutes away.

3rd: you will receive this text when your delivery is completed.

WHAT MAKES YOUR INGREDIENTS “WHOLE & FRESH”?

We use only natural, fresh ingredients purchased from local farms and markets. Nothing is ever frozen.

Our beef is grass-fed, and our chicken is cage-free and grain-fed. Both are steroid- and hormone-free. All our meat and poultry is Halal.

Any sauces are blended from each individual ingredient. All of our jams are blended to perfection from it's purest form. 

Grains, beans, legumes, and nuts or seeds are soaked, drained, prepared, or blanched.

HOW MANY DAYS’ WORTH OF FOOD DO I GET PER WEEK?

As you process your online order, you will have the option to choose the number of days and number of meals per day.


For Meal Packs you can select 8, 10, and 12 meals to be delivered at one time for one delivery.


For Meal Plans you can select food for 5, 6 or 7 days and select 1 to 5 entrees per day. You can also add in extra meals such as breakfast or other meals in addition to your required meals.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?

Food Safety is our top priority. If you ordered a MEAL PACK, and you are not home then you are required to leave a cooler with ice at your door for your meals to be placed inside.


If no cooler is left, and we can't get a hold of you we will leave your meals at your door with our $15 cooler bag only if you indicated so in your delivery notes (which can be done at check out).


If no instructions were provided and you did not leave a cooler then your meals will be returned to our Waterford location for you to pick up.


If our bags are left with you, kindly return them on your next scheduled delivery to avoid a $15 refundable bag deposit fee (which will only be refunded when our bags are returned) which will automatically be charged to your account if you did not return your bags or if you have more than 2 bags not returned.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MEAL PACK AND A MEAL PLAN?”

Meal Packs are a one-time purchase (8, 10, 12) whereas Meal Plans are a recurring subscription. Meal Plans will be auto-renewed until you tell us to stop. If you are on a auto-renewal plan and decide to stop it, your subscription will be completed and not auto-renewed.

CAN I PLACE MY ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION ON PAUSE/HOLD?

Yes. Just log into your profile and pause any upcoming deliveries. You can place your subscription on hold or pause for as long as you like, given that you provide sufficient notice. To pause a Sunday order please let us know by 7:00 PM the Friday before. To pause Wednesday please let us know by 7:00 PM the Monday before.
